It’s The High Fructose Corn Syrup, STUPID!

HFCS is NOT (empirically proven, not refutable) at all recognized for conversion to blood glucose, and converted to triglycerides, LDL (bad) cholesterol, and stored body fat, CAUSING diabetes, cancers, depression, inflammation, heart and arterial diseases, liver failure, kidney failure, and obesity (to name only a few early fatality disease, not cured and further harmed by drugs at great cost).

ScienceDaily (Apr. 8, 2012) — In their extraordinary quest to decode human metabolism, researchers at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies have discovered a pair of molecules that regulates the liver’s production of glucose — – the simple sugar that is the source of energy in human cells and the central player in diabetes.

Why Your Liver Needs The Moringa Oleifera Protocol

Dr. Howard W. Fisher

The largest organ in our body is actually on our body. It is the skin and there are approximately twenty square feet of skin in the average person. The skin is the organ that is responsible for the absorption of many toxins and there are about 80,000 different chemicals being dumped into our environment on a regular basis. Our second largest organ, the liver, is a three pound dynamo involved in most of the millions of physiological processes in the body and known to carry out more than five hundred functions. Probably the best known function of the liver is detoxification but it has many other important roles such as:

• production of bile
• regulation of chemicals in the blood
• production of proteins for blood plasma
• production of cholesterol and fat metabolism
• hormone metabolism
• conversion of serum glucose into glycogen for storage
• regulation of blood levels of amino acids
• storing iron and processing of hemoglobin
• conversion of ammonia to urea
• vitamin metabolism
• removing bacteria from the bloodstream
• clearing the blood of drugs and other poisonous substances
• regulating blood clotting
• production of immune factors

Pathogens and environmental toxins accumulate in our tissues especially when the immune system cannot handle the load and the liver function becomes less efficient and unable to carry out many of the needed physiological functions successfully. When liver function is affected or we are increasing the amount of toxins in our blood stream, due to a detox program or weight loss, we may be affected with detoxification symptoms such as: headaches, skin rashes, fatigue, constipation, flatulence, bloated feelings, exacerbated allergic reactions, hormonal dysfunction and weight gain.

As a consequence, a weight loss or detoxification program can be uncomfortable and when toxins exit the body, they enter the bloodstream causing a plethora of symptoms similar to signs of liver dysfunction such as headaches, nausea, fatigue, mental fogginess, or skin eruptions. In this case, these are all good signs as they indicate that the toxins are being released from the liver and other tissues into the bloodstream and are in the process of being eliminated. With the increased toxins circulating through the body, it is beneficial to have ample antioxidants to prevent toxic and free radical damage during this process and fortunately Moringa oleifera has forty-six anti-oxidants including Vitamins A, C, E, selenium and carotenoids and over one hundred phyto-nutrients making it the most nutrient dense plant ever known.

By adding Moringa oleifera to your dietary regimen, you will notice a dramatic change in your health, which in part will be caused by the hepato-protective abilities of the most phyto-nutrient dense plant on the planet, a plant named by the National Institutes of Health as plant of the year in 2008, and one that can mitigate in more than 300 different diseases.

Other MAJOR contributing factors to liver disease and destruction is any consumption of High Fructose Corn Syrup, and a lack of absorbable nutrients in the stripped and industrialized food and beverage chain.

Overweight carries a greatly increased risk of cirrhosis of the liver in men, reveals a new study from the Sahlgrenska Academy. “Given the increasing problem of overweight in Sweden, there is reason to fear that more people will develop cirrhosis of the liver,” says Jerzy Kaczynski, docent at the Sahlgrenska Academy and doctor at Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

Molecules work the day shift to protect the liver from accumulating fat

ANY HFCS/porn corn sugar consumption cause weight gain, jacks triglycerides, jack LDL cholesterol, causes fatty liver, hypertension, depression, cardiovascular and diabetes diseases, as well as obesity.  This is FACT, not fiction.

~ Uncle Russ

The liver normally makes and stores fat, which is required in moderation for normal body function. However, if the process goes awry, excess fat in the liver can cause major liver damage. In fact, fatty liver is a leading cause of liver failure in the United States, and is often brought on by obesity and diabetes. In turn, the increasing prevalence of these diseases has brought with it an epidemic of liver disease.

Extra-virgin olive oil can protect the liver from oxidative stress. Researchers writing in BioMed Central’s open access journal Nutrition and Metabolism exposed rats to a moderately toxic herbicide known to deplete antioxidants and cause oxidative stress, finding that those rats fed on a diet containing the olive oil were partially protected from the resulting liver damage.
