‘Insurmountable Odds?!’ NOTES FROM THE ROAD by Uncle Russ

I have been told so many times in my life “the odds are against you; give up!”
In the above clip, we see a graphic example of odds of some 10,000+ Zulu Warriors out numbering less than 100 engineers, not really battled trained as soldiers, defending a small South African outpost, from being over-run, where the engineers had been assigned to build a bridge, over a local river, This is a true story, portrayed in an Academy Award winning film in 1964. This battle produced more Victorian Crosses For Valor, in the face of “insurmountable odds”, than any other battle, or war, in the history of the Great Britain.
In point of fact, the British Engineers should have been wiped-out to the last man, woman, child, or livestock; yet were not.
This is a story of refusing NEVER to give in, and NEVER give up!
Life is not what is dealt in the your deck of cards, it is what YOU chose to accomplish!
“Life Unlimited” means to never accept boundaries, in helping yourself, and others.
Said another way: screw the odds!
