What is not being said here, in the attached article, is all these bagged salads are using undeclared nasty and cancer causing gases, anti staling agents, anti browning or yellowing chemicals, salts, chemical preservatives, chemical stabilizers, cancer causing bleach, and along with processed restaurant and fast food salad bar offerings being a major source of H Pylori bacteria infection, irrespective of listeria, e. coli, yeast, mold, salmonella, etc.
