Hydrogenation (partial or total), or fractionation, of fats or oils may not only be linked to the ‘aggression’, reported in this attached study, but such manipulated fats/oils (that are also laden with genetic modification, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or processing chemicals/acids) are known and linked to both mental and physical disease, including, but not limited to: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Cancer, Heart Disease, Depression, Diabetes, Obesity, to name only a few.

Said another way; Junk Food & Junk Fats Are Junk & Harm, at ANY ingestion level.

What fats or oils should you avoid (like the Plague)? Canola (renamed/rebranded from ‘rapeseed’), cottonseed, peanut, soy, corn, any margarine’s and fake spreads/fats of all brands or kinds, glycerin, shortenings, and mineral oils (Olean/Olestra the Proctor & Gamble anal leakage and loose stools failed brand).

Might the “Twinkie defense” have a scientific foundation after all? Researchers at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine have shown – by each of a range of measures, in men and women of all ages, in Caucasians and minorities – that consumption of dietary trans fatty acids (dTFAs) is associated with irritability and aggression.
