Watch: SUGAR- THE BITTER TRUTH on the front page of this web site by Robert Lusting, MD.

America has gone from less that 6 pounds per year of sweetener consumption in 1905 to over 228 pounds per year in 2012, not including harmful/cancer/disease causing high intensity and polyol sweeteners (Splenda, Nutrasweet, Truvia, Purvia, Equal, xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, agave, etc.)

The average American is consuming 62% of their daily calories in refined and processed carbohydrates when the body is designed to only handle about 10% on a daily basis.

The food and beverage chain are flooded with high PROFIT and low cost harmful carbohydrate sweeteners like High Fructose Corn Syrup, causing massive increases in diabetes, cancers, heart disease, depression, dementia, obesity, etc.
