1) High Fructose Corn Syrup is a monosaccharide hydrocarbon that does not exist naturally by itself in nature. Sucrose (cane or beet) is a disaccharide that does exist in nature.

2). HFCS crystallizes at 65 degrees F and burns at 140 degrees F. Sucrose crystallizes at 20 degrees F and burns at 228.75 degrees F.

3) HFCS is automatically converted to triglycerides, LDL (bad for you) cholesterol, and stored body fat. Sucrose is converted to blood glucose.

4) Insulin resistance, hypoglycemia, type 1 and 2 diabetes, many forms of cancer previously not seen, depression, hypertension, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, intestinal distress, liver/kidney/spleen/thyroid failure, obesity, mental problems, and morbid obesity, are now pandemic, since HFCS flooded the food and beverage chain! HFCS did not exist and crested these disastrous levels prior to 1971 when introduced for use, and was NOT Generally Recognized As Safe until 1996 artificial when Congress was bribed to allow a phony GRAS approval, to cover their legal liability for having allowed this poison to flood the food and beverage chain.
