Americans only consumed about 10-15% of their total daily caloric intake, in less than 1500 calories per day, of any form of carbohydrates, prior to the 1920’s.

Today, some 90 or so years later, Americans consume over 63% of their total daily caloric intake, in over double the calories consumed, versus the 1920’s, in highly refined and chemically created carbohydrates, including massively bad for you High Fructose Corn Syrup, artificial and high intensity sweeteners, polyols, modified starches and gums, refined flours, etc.

This is FACT, not fiction.
